By the end of today, my stash will be back in balance!
By that, I mean I will have managed to offset the purchases from the last two weekends. Here's how:
7.0 - Pulled juvenile panels and coordinating fabric for guild comfort quilts.
3.5 - Cut "topical" fabrics into 5" squares for guild projects.
5.0 - Finished Easy Street
4.0 - Pieced Easy Street Back
By my calculation that total of 19.5 exactly equals what I purchased the last two weeks!
OK, so I'm still in the hole. But I'll be at the guild retreat next week -- 3 days to finish off some big projects.
Hmmm ...... wonder what I should take to work on ......
Stay tuned!

ReplyDeleteHave fun at your retreat and hope you get a lot accomplished.
Thanks for checking in, Dee Dee. I'll report on my progress when I get back, if not before.
DeleteHave a great week!
Congrats on breaking even with recent additions. Every little bit helps.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Kate. Hoping to have even more progress next week.
DeleteI appreciate your stopping by.
Retreat projects can add up to lots of yardage used...enjoy your getaway!
ReplyDeleteI sure hope so! Take a look at Monday's post to see what I have planned.
DeleteHave a great week!
Yippee! Feels good, doesn't it, especially to have Easy Street done.
ReplyDeleteI need the sewing brownies to visit. I'm trying to sew together a top that is all 2" squares or triangle squares. Ugh! A pin every two inches on a bed-sized top takes a lot of time and pins.
Have a great time next week! Sharon B in Franklin
you look familiar... did I meet you in Houston with my sister Patti?? LeeAnna at not afraid of color
