Dancing on Sunshine

Whoo hoo

 So far this month I've pieced together a few Chunky Churn Dash blocks ...

... and one Scrap Jar Star.

I have one more SJS cut and currently buried next to my machine.  Last weekend I managed to get a bunch more Scrapapalooza blocks put together.  (Kinda felt like I was cheating, combining two Rainbow Scrap Challenge colors in one block.)

I'm about two blocks shy of a quilt, though.

    I love your scrapapalooza blocks! They are going to make an awesome quilt. The yellow looks like lightening through the night sky. You've been busy!

    You know I'm partial to those Scrap Jar Stars, and your yellow one sparkles! The other blocks are looking good, too. The Scrapapalooza quilt will be a lot of fun!

    Nice yellows, and the stripe effect in the blocks is very dramatic. It's going to be a real special gift for hurting folks..

    Oh, I like that scrapapalooza quilt. Very striking combination. I like the chunky churns too but I was in a bunch of swaps of them in various themes and am kind of tired of them now. I've been setting them all differently with alternate blocks. Oh, and I like those Scrap Jar Stars. I've seen a lot of those quilts and never saw one I didn't like.

    These yellow blocks are precious - but then again I'm biased bc I love me some yellow fabric! I tried to pick a favorite to write you about - but I couldn't - they're all so pretty! Thank you for sharing!
