Progress

Week 6

There's been a lot of secret sewing going on the last couple of weeks.  But nothing I can show since  it's related to the Magical Mystery Blocks Quilt-Along I will be hosting in March.  Read more about the mystery QAL here and plan to come back on February 24 to join in the fun.

I CAN show this, however ...

Loosey Goosey
... the second column of geese for my Rainbow Scrap Challenge project!  The purple geese are now in the box with the blue  column.  While cleaning up one day I also cut green squares to be ready whenever green is the color of the month.

The move begins

Before

Halfway
So far I've filled 14 boxes with fabric and one with batting.

  1. Love the second row of geese. Your fabric looks pretty organized, so the unpacking should go quickly once you are settled into your new home. Do you have a lot more fabric to pack?

    1. Just what's in project boxes. They will probably just go in the van as-is.

    1. They were small boxes, 12x16x12. Most everything else is already in plastic bins.

  4. Those flying geese are such fun. Packing up my fabric would be more illuminating than I want to consider. You've made good progress on getting yours stashed for the move.

  5. Oof! Moving is such a PITA. I'm looking forward to when you're all settled and unpacked - and I know you're looking forward to it even more! 8)
