The Day the World Stood Still
At least that's what it felt like when I left for retreat about 5 minutes before totality (I had been watching on TV for several hours). The streets and interstate were almost deserted!
It's been a productive afternoon and evening. Four quilts now have binding. Well, almost. Still need to do the joins but I don't think my brain can handle that at 10:30 p.m.
