I know, I've been absent quite a bit lately. No explanation except possibly laziness. So to make up for that, I plan/hope to post daily in December. Kind of like a blogger's Advent calendar. Speaking of which, one of my very talented grand-daughter-in-laws, who is a wizard with paper crafts, made us an Advent Tree.
The drawer for Day 1 revealed a beautiful ornament that featured our sweet great-granddaughter.
Now I have no excuse; there needs to be a tree to hang it on. Stay tuned because there will be excitement in the studio, as well.
that is very neat - your daughter in law made that really well - I need to get my tree up - one thing or another keeps delaying me!
ReplyDeleteIsn't that a pretty Advent tree?! I haven't seen anything like it before. Special ornament, too! I'll enjoy seeing more of your bl9g this month.
ReplyDeleteI don't put up a tree but I have ornaments hanging anywhere I can hook them on through the house.
ReplyDeleteWonderful tree! She's very clever! Love the photo of your grandbaby! No tree for us this year but it's fun to see everyone else's! Have fun in the sewing room Libby! Hugs!

ReplyDeleteI've missed your updates. Glad to know that all is okay. The advent tree is a neat idea. (There's a meme that says, "According to my chocolate advent calendar it was Christmas Eve two days ago.")
