Update: Thanks, Marlene, I think you are right! Houston Quilt Festival is celebrating their 45th, the stone for which is sapphire.

Isn't that the name of a quilt category at the Houston Quilt Show this year? I think that was where I heard it, but I didn't look it up to see if that is correct. Looks like you are making good progress at the retreat.

Nine Patch Bonanza looks SEW pretty!!! I may need to use that setting for my Tiny Nines... once I make enough for a quilt.

ReplyDeleteIn 2014, at the Quilt Show in Northern Virginia (Quilters Unlimited), I believe that Blue and White was a theme. I remember seeing many quilts with that color scheme. The 9-patch bonanza would be a great scrapbuster. Love your colors too.
